Gnee Steel- 45# hot rolled steel sheet

45# is a grade of steel, a high-quality carbon structural steel, corresponding to Japanese standard S45C, American standard: 1045, and German standard C45. Its characteristic is that it has higher strength and resistance to deformation than ordinary A3 steel.

The recommended heat treatment system for 45 steel specified in the GB/T699-1999 standard is normalizing at 850°C, quenching at 840°C, and tempering at 600°C. The achieved performance is yield strength ≥355MPa
